My name is Scott, Grill Master and BBQ enthusiast.  I caught the BBQ bug over 10 years ago and have been studying, experimenting, and slow cooking since then.  This site is the culmination of all my hard work and research. I am here to teach you how to make great BBQ in no time at all.  Now don’t be confused, BBQ takes time to master, but learning how doesn’t have to take up your whole day.

Each brief video will show you everything from how to properly start a fire on your grill, how to smoke an entire brisket, and everything in between.  The concept of 1 minute BBQ is to get you the tools and knowledge you need without wasting your time.  Each instructional video  is just a minute or two long so you can get outdoors and get grilling, instead of sitting inside watching videos.

Remember, the most important thing about BBQ is getting outside, being with friends, and cooking what tastes good to you.

The videos you find within 1 Minute BBQ are modular, meaning each short video will show you how to make an element of the bigger picture, if you will.  Imagine you wanted to change the oil in your car.  You wouldn’t want to watch an entire video on how to build an engine if you only needed the to learn how to change the oil.  With 1 Minute BBQ, you only watch what you need.  Want to make steak tacos and already know how to set the grill and make guacamole? Then just watch the quick video on Grilled Steak.  No need to waste your time watching anything else.  Don’t know how to do anything and want to throw together a Pulled Pork Sandwich?  Watch the necessary videos to learn how to smoke a pork butt, make your own BBQ sauce, and how about some homemade coleslaw to top it off?  Simple, quick, and delicious.  That is the idea.  Because at 1 Minute BBQ, we are not here to waste your time.
